We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Snap and Print by Bella is a small Australian business based in NSW, specialising in handcrafted 3D-printed Instax photo frames and custom memory keepsakes. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Snap and Print by Bella.

We take care to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly from photos shown.

All frames are handmade in NSW. Minor variations in finish, colour saturation, or texture are a natural feature of handmade and 3D-printed products and do not constitute a defect.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Orders are accepted and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment information.

Custom orders are subject to additional terms agreed upon during the enquiry process. Custom orders require a deposit or full payment upfront and are non-refundable unless faulty. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

By submitting a custom order enquiry, you confirm that any photos, designs, or materials provided to us are either owned by you or that you have the rights to use them for this purpose.

By uploading a photo to our website at checkout, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have the rights to use it for this purpose
• The photo does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• The photo does not contain any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to refuse to print any photo that we determine, in our sole discretion, contains inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services, customs, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details.
