1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are based outside Australia and would like to enquire about a custom order, please contact us directly.

2. Processing Time

All orders are handmade and assembled in NSW. Please allow 1โ€“2 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packaged before it is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) processing times may extend to 3โ€“4 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.

3. Shipping Options & Rates

We ship via Australia Post and selected courier partners. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural locations may take additional time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post tracking portal.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to appear in the system.

5. Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your frame and photo arrive in perfect condition. We use protective padding and rigid mailers to prevent damage during transit. If you'd like to include a gift message, you can add this at checkout.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at the email address below and we will do our best to update your details before dispatch.

We are not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected from a post office, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (for damaged parcels)
  • Your tracking number

We will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or refund where appropriate.
